  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly to get you back on the road. However, delivery dates are estimates. Bikers Pain are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Faulty Goods: If a product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
